Biography

I am a third-year Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, working under the supervision of Prof. Qizhi He . My research interests include scientific machine learning, AI for physics-based modeling, and computer graphics. My current work focuses on developing GPU-accelerated and differentiable methods for computational mechanics, real time simulation and PDE solving. I aim to integrate physical simulations with deep learning frameworks to enable efficient and data-driven solutions with application in physics-based real-world and large-scale engineering problems (fluid, soft-body, geophysics simulation, material identification, and geohazards forecasting). Please check the Publications page for more information.

Before pursuing my Ph.D., I earned my Master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from Xiamen University in June 2022, where I conducted research on theoratical foundation of particle based numerical methods under the guidance of Prof. Dongdong Wang.

In addition, I am always active in exploring more fields (including LLM fine tuning, transformers, interactive simulation, 3D reconstruction…), please check Portfolio page for the projects listed.
